Q: The product doesn’t vibrate after turning it on?

When the product touches complex objects such as wrenches, teeth, etc, it will make a sound, indicating that the product is vibrating.No sound or vibration when the product feels soft objects such as skin and gums

Q: No effect after using the product?

Of course it's a bit of discomfort using it, just like the way the dentist does, but you get what you were paid for. Looks nice and feels quality. It's worth every penny, no matter what other says.
