They are as described and are great for what they are........a coloured and cushioned addition to your bicycle brake levers. Little bit of effort to slide them on but that makes for a nice snug fit so as not to move when installed. Leave them to soften a little more in the sun before fitting as a suggestion. Fitted all our bikes' levers well.
