I ordered two WHITE MATTE eyeliners and they both arrived in perfect conditions. Delivery took 24 days to arrive @ USA. The product is just as you see it in the photos. The white eyeliner is creamy, well pigmented, and easy to apply. I am satisfied with the product and fast delivery. I respectfully suggest this seller to please upload a short video to demonstrate how you bring the whole product out of the pencil once the tip is gone/used. As someone already commented here, the cap at the bottom doesn't twist, so, how are we supposed to bring out whatever is inside this makeup pencil? Please explain so everyone can learn, if possible! Thank you, seller, have a nice day, everyone else as well! 🙂 🔆
