Yes the product comes folded and can be hard to keep it unfolded. I found a trick to open it up a little, just put it in the dryer for a few minutes. The heat helps reduce the creases and wrinkles just like an iron would on a shirt. See the result in my picture! As for the delivery time, it was 6 days instead of 5 for me. Overall the product is pretty good, though I wish they didn't package it folded so we don't have a hard time trying to unfold and keep it open.
