What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.

Yes the product comes folded and can be hard to keep it unfolded. I found a trick to open it up a little, just put it in the dryer for a few minutes. The heat helps reduce the creases and wrinkles just like an iron would on a shirt. See the result in my picture! As for the delivery time, it was 6 days instead of 5 for me. Overall the product is pretty good, though I wish they didn’t package it folded so we don’t have a hard time trying to unfold and keep it open.
