Description corresponds. I wanted to buy such a thing for a long time. Comfortable bracket on the steering wheel + power bank. Installed its battery (2 pcs. Type of 18650) and everything worked. One press-on, double press-off. An indicator with 4 diodides is illuminated (they are not visible in the photo), which indicate the degree of charge. Thank you!
