To use the product, follow these steps:

First, snap the central unit to the foot pad.

1. If the product is not in contact with the conductor, it will automatically shut down 10 seconds after being turned on. Be careful not to let it run out of power.

2. To use the product, simultaneously place both bare feet on the foot pad. If only one foot is on the pad, the product will automatically shut down 10 seconds after being turned on. Again, be careful not to let it run out of power.

3. The controller needs to increase the strength to work. If not, it will automatically shut down within 10 seconds. Note that it is not out of power.

4. Keeping both feet on the foot pad during use is essential. If either foot leaves the place, the product will automatically shut down within 10 seconds. Note that it is not out of power.

5. Each stage of the product lasts for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the product will automatically shut down. You will need to turn it back on to continue using it.

6. When charging, the product’s red light will be on. When fully charged, the light will turn off. Generally, it takes about 30 minutes to charge when there is no electricity at all.

7. You must use the product barefoot. Socks made of nylon can conduct electricity and affect the product’s strength. Pure cotton socks are not conducive.

8. Do not wash the foot pads with water.

Before using the product, consult your doctor if you are pregnant, in labor, being treated for an illness, or having abnormal pain in the body. Additionally, patients with heart, blood pressure, and cranial nerve abnormalities, skin perception disorders or abnormalities, acute diseases, or those needing rest, as well as children under the age of 14, should not use the product.
